A man who survived a near-fatal accident in Danville, California, might have to employ the services of a car injury attorney. Jeremy Henderson was injured in an accident on the morning of Monday, April 6th.
The California Highway Patrol said that the accident occurred along the Interstate 680 Freeway. The CHP received a dispatch report that two vehicles collided at about 2:25 a.m. north of the Sycamore Valley Road off-ramp.

The two vehicles, a Chevrolet Malibu and a light-colored minivan, collided for unknown reasons on the southbound side of the freeway. The CHP said the Chevrolet sustained moderate front end damage upon impact.
The minivan came to a stop on the off-ramp after the collision. Henderson was the driver in the Chevrolet, and he sustained minor neck injuries. The paramedics at the scene treated the man, and there’s no report on whether he was taken to the hospital.
Henderson’s vehicle and the minivan blocked the roadway, and the third lane was closed off while the authorities investigated. The Fire department acted as part of the first responders, and the investigation is ongoing.
When accidents occur, investigators try to find out on whose part the liability lies. Liability stems from the negligent act of a driver in the performance of an act or failure to perform an act. The degree of negligence determines the punishment an offender will get.
The authorities advise anyone involved in a car accident, either a victim or offender, to acquire the services of a car injury attorney. The latter will inform the person on his or her rights, and the punishment he or she will get if found negligent.
