The deceased was driving at high speed and went through a stop sign at Central Texas Expressway. The car went across the highway airborne, and struck the concrete median along IH-14, before engulfing in flames.
Conner was the only occupant of the car, and he died on impact. The medics at the scene pronounced him dead. The police are still investigating and will provide updates once they have more information.
Most single-vehicle crashes, as seen in accident reports, end in fatalities or life-altering injuries. To check the rate of the two, traffic officials provide safety tips for all road users to adhere to under all circumstances.
The tips include drivers paying attention to all signs on the road and obeying the legal speed limit of the roadway they are traveling on. Take a few minutes to spell “Stop” before proceeding after a stop sign, and look left, right, and ahead before driving through an intersection when the light turns green.
