A male motorcyclist lost his life in Phoenix, Arizona, after he crashed his bike on Wednesday, April 8th. Erik Flores-Valenzuela, 17, died from injuries sustained from the accident, and a motorcycle attorney might not be needed.
The latter is because the preliminary accident report seems to suggest that Flores-Valenzuela was negligent while on the road. The report showed that the fatal crash occurred at about 4:40 p.m. at 48th Avenue and Encanto Boulevard.

The Phoenix Police Department said that the deceased was traveling west on the boulevard on his motorcycle. Suddenly, Flores-Valenzuela appeared to lose control and crashed into a pickup truck, making a turn. He sustained severe injuries and died at the scene.
The police believe alcohol or drugs did not play a role in the tragic death of the teenager. However, they have not entirely ruled out speed, and are investigating to see if it played a role in the accident. The public will get updated once the PPD concludes its investigation.
When a motorcycle crashes against a vehicle, the rider of the two-wheeled drive is more likely to sustain severe injuries and die from it. Some of the common motorcycle injuries include head injuries that lead to cracked skull and concussion and broken bones.
Riders break hip bones, feet, wrist, legs, or arms. Others are road rash and neck injuries, and motorcyclists can prevent these wounds by wearing protective coverings.
When a motorcycle crash is not the fault of the rider, then he or she or a rep can hire a motorcycle attorney to sue the offending driver.
