SAN DIEGO, CA – Troopers with the California Highway Patrol were forced to shut down multiple lanes on State Route 79 following a Monday morning crash.
According to Caltrans, the accident occurred along the freeway near the intersection with State Route 76 at about 11:30 p.m.
