BAKERSFIELD, CA – One person was sent to the hospital following a three-vehicle crash at a Bakersfield Saturday morning.
The incident was reported shortly after midnight near the intersection of Flower Street and Orange Drive, CHP reports.

Troopers say the collision, which involved a Hyundai, a Mercedes, and a Mitsubishi, caused a woman to be pinned under two other involved vehicles.
A pregnant woman sustained lacerations to her face. Another unidentified victim was transported to the hospital to be treated for major injuries.
The cause of the crash remains unclear at this time.
