An experienced motorcycle attorney’s expertise would be useful following a solo-motorcycle crash in the Lake Berryessa area of California that left one person hospitalized. The California Highway Patrol recorded the collision on Saturday afternoon, June 6.
The CHP deployed officers to the scene after receiving calls notifying them about a serious injury accident involving a single motorcycle. The agency disclosed in a press briefing that the rider crashed his vehicle while speeding on Pope Canyon Road, barely half-mile east of Dollarhide Road.

Preliminary investigations revealed that the motorcyclist, identified as Devin Johnson, a 28-year-old Napa man, was riding his motorbike at an unsafe speed when he suddenly spiraled out of control and veered into the north shoulder of the roadway. The motorbike then collided with a large boulder on the side of the road, knocking off its rider.
The motorcyclist suffered critical injuries in the collision, and a CHP helicopter airlifted him to the Queen of the Valley Medical Center for urgent medical aid. Patrol officers said the man was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
Impairment by drugs and alcohol did not appear to have played a role in the motorcycle accident. No other casualty resulted from the mishap.
Anyone involved in a motorcycle crash should endeavor to reach out to a legal expert. A motorcycle attorney can help review the case and ensure the victim is adequately represented.
