A man in Detroit, Michigan, would have to hire a top accident lawyer as he faces multiple charges resulting from a car accident. Wayne County Prosecutors on Wednesday, April 22nd, revealed that they charged the suspect, Desean James Gee, 34, to court.
Kym Worthy, with the DA’s office, said that the suspect caused an accident that killed two people and injured a 14-year-old girl. Gee is facing two counts of second-degree murder, two counts of reckless driving causing death and a count of reckless driving, causing serious impairments of a bodily function.

The prosecutors arraigned the man at the 36th District Court, and the latter set his bond at $150 000. If he meets the bail, the police will attach a GPS tether to him, and he would be allowed to work while on bail.
Gee’s tale of woe began on Monday, April 20th. The Detroit Police Department said that at about 5:12 p.m., the man was traveling west on Lyndon Street at high speed. He drove through a red light where the road intersects with Outer Drive, crossing the center line and hitting the passenger side of another vehicle.
The second car had a driver and two passengers with a man at the front seat, and a 14-year-old girl at the back. Bystanders got the teenager out, just before the vehicle went up in flames killing the two people identified as Adrian Thomas Bascom, 40, and Jalen Kristopher Whitlock, 27.
The medics took the teenager to the hospital, and her condition is unknown at this time. Gee would need a top accident lawyer at his probable cause conference by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12th.
