VENTURA COUNTY, CA – A 62-year-old woman was killed in a head-on collision on the Pacific Coast Highway in Ventura County on Saturday afternoon, KTLA reports.
The woman was travelling north on the PCH around 1 p.m. when a 2001 Jeep Wrangler crossed the double yellow line and entered oncoming traffic, crashing into her 2017 Honda HRV.

The woman driving the Honda died at the scene. Her two passengers, a 90-year-old woman and a 65-year-old woman were taken to the hospital with major injuries.
Both people in the Jeep, a 39-year-old driver and 34-year-old passenger, were injured and hospitalized. No information is currently available on why the Jeep was in the wrong lane.
