According to the California Highway Patrol Officer Josh Greengard, witnesses said that the deceased was going over 100 miles per hour before he crashed around noon. The Los Angeles County Fire Department officials responded to a call about a man who crashed in the center divider of the freeway.
Supervisor Bernard Peters said that they also received a report that the Suzuki motorcycle Jordan was riding caught fire upon impact. But when the firemen arrived at the scene, there was no flame, and they found the deceased’s unresponsive body on the roadway.
The CHP investigators determined that the man ejected from the bike before it crashed into the divider. There was no other motorist involved in the accident, and the investigation is ongoing.
Accident reports show that over speeding is the most significant factor involving motorcycle crashes. The state of California Department of Motor Vehicles advises riders to maintain the speed limit, wear the US-DOT approved helmet, and protective clothing.
