Barrie passed away while receiving treatment, and the doctors pronounced him. Silva survived, and the police arrested him on suspicion of DUI. There is no information on the jail the authorities booked him into or his bond.
The investigation is ongoing, and the police will provide an update at a later date.
Motor vehicle crashes are mostly the result of a driver’s negligent behavior when on the road. Accident reports show that negligence ranges from impairments, reckless driving, speeding, and running red lights and stop signs.
Traffic officials advise drivers to desist from the preceding and pay attention to the road they are traveling on. A motorist should also obey traffic rules, and under all circumstances, maintain the speed limit.
Those involved in DUI crashes should contact a drunk driving attorney for legal advice and representation.
