SAN DIEGO, CA – A 30-year-old man was killed on Wednesday following an accident in City Heights, according to reports from the San Diego Union Tribune.
The victim was driving southbound on I-15 just north of I-805 around 7:15 a.m. when the accident occurred. He lost control of his Chevrolet Malibu and left the highway, hitting a tree on the other side of the embankment.

The crash resulted in the driver’s death. It is unclear what caused his vehicle to leave the road.
