A top accident lawyer would be useful to the man the police took into custody after crashing a stolen plane in Fullerton Airport, California. The Fullerton Police Department arrested Christian Estoque, 32, of Corvina, on Wednesday, May 20th, on suspicion of stealing a plane.
According to the investigators, the suspect’s aircraft ran off the runway and crashed into a fence on the west side of the airport. Officers responded to a call about the accident at about 3:05 p.m. and arrived at the scene to find the aircraft with minor damage and a hole in the fence it crashed against.

Sgt. Eric Bridges of the FPD said that the officers talked with Estoque, and he admitted to being the pilot of the aircraft. The lawmen noticed inconsistencies with the suspect’s statement and discovered that the man does not have a pilot’s license.
The police investigated further and discovered that the Cessna 172 aircraft was stolen from the Chino Airport. Bridges said they arrested Estoque on suspicion of grand theft and theft of an airplane. The Federal Aviation Administration is heading the investigation into the crash.
Airplane accidents are rare, and when they occur, very few survive. It’s easier to survive a small aircraft than a larger one, but the FAA advises pilots of both to exercise due care when flying and ensure that they properly maintain the plane.
Pilots should also follow every safety guideline and fly with the guidance of an air traffic controller. Those with liabilities in aircraft accidents should consult a top accident lawyer versed in aviation to represent their interest.
