ORANGE COUNTY, CA – Troopers with the California Highway Patrol responded to a fatal rollover crash on State Route 241 near Santa Ana on Friday morning.
CHP tweeted about the accident at 4:25 a.m., stating it occurred in the northbound lanes of the freeway at Windy Ridge Toll Plaza.

According to the attached report, responding officers found an overturned black Ford F-450 that had been sheered off its frame.

Authorities said the F-450 was being driven by mother with her son. At least one fatality was reported.
