LOS ANGELES, CA – Troopers with the California Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash at a South Los Angeles intersection on Monday afternoon.
According to CHP’s tweet, the collision happened between a red Toyota pickup truck and a van at the intersection of Randolph Street and Holmes Avenue at 2:23 p.m.

A 30-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. The Los Angeles County Coroner’s office was called in to identify the victim.
