The parents of a two-year-old toddler transported the child to Kaiser Hospital in Ontario, Ca on June 13 after finding her unresponsive in the pool of their home on Rolling Ridge Dr. Medical staff failed to resuscitate the child.

Investigators learned that the child went to the pool once she woke up and drowned there. The parents discovered the girls body in the shallow area of the pool when they woke up.
