There was one man in the car and one woman in the car. No one who lived at the house was injured in the accident. The car was apparently traveling at a very high rate of speed before it struck the house.
The driver lost control of the vehicle striking a median outside the house, causing the car to flip upside down and hit the house while upside down.
Whether or not there are any factors involved in the accident such as impairment or distraction is still unclear. Police are investigating the incident very carefully to try and get to all of the variables that caused the accident.
It is unclear whether or not the driver of the vehicle will be arrested or whether or not charges will be filed. However, it is very likely that the owner of the home will try to obtain damages from the driver of the vehicle for the extensive damage the accident caused to the home.
The car was also seriously damaged in the accident.
