LOS ANGELES, CA – The California Highway Patrol reported a four-vehicle traffic collision in East LA on Wednesday evening.
According to CHP’s Traffic Incident Information Page, the accident occurred in an eastbound HOV lane on Interstate 5 near Valley Boulevard around 6:27 p.m.

Authorities confirmed the crash involved a red Honda Civic, a Dodge sedan, a white Toyota Camry, and an unknown Honda Civic.
Following the collision, three of the vehicles blocked the HOV lane and one rested in the right shoulder.
An ambulance was called to the scene, though no details on the extent of injuries were provided.
