The San Antonio Police Department has identified the man who was involved in a rollover crash on the Northwest Side of San Antonio Tuesday night.
Just after 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18, a black Mustang was driving eastbound on Camp Bullis Road at an extremely high rate of speed. When the Mustang came to a slight turn, it didn’t make it and went airborne.

The Mustang then hit some trees and rolled over into the parking lot of Lutheran High School where it collided with a parked sport utility vehicle that was unoccupied.
People inside the school who were attending a school-sanctioned activity heard the commotion from the crash and came out. They witnessed the car in the parking lot and some of them ran out to the car to render aid.
These witnesses were able to help pull the man out of the car. Once the ambulance came, they began providing life-saving efforts on the 21-year-old who was later identified by the San Antonio Police Department as Abdullah Alghurabi.
Shortly after the Emergency Medical Service started working on Alghurabi, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
There were no other vehicles involved in the crash. The investigation is ongoing. The San Antonio Police Department did not release if Alghurabi was wearing a seatbelt or not.
There is also no answer as to why Alghurabi was driving so fast that late at night. There is a possibility that drugs and/or alcohol played a part in the accident, but until preliminary testing is completed it is only speculation.
Once there are more details released regarding the rollover accident, updates will be made available to explain the circumstances of the accident in better detail. At the present time, it is believed that the only person involved is Alghurabi.
