An initial investigation found that the incident happened on the evening of Saturday, April 10. The woman driving the Acura failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Dolan Road and Highway 1, causing the car to crash through a fence and then overturn into the west side of the harbor.
It is unclear whether alcohol or drugs were a factor in the crash.
