SAN DIEGO, CA – An 18-year-old motorcyclist was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after a collision with a car, the Times of San Diego reports.
The accident happened at the intersection of Laurel Street and Fairmont Avenue around 7:15 p.m. on Saturday evening.

The victim was riding a Honda CRF250R motorcycle on Laurel Street when a 67-year-old woman in a 2012 Altima turned in front of him. He crashed into her driver’s side door and was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The Altima driver was not injured.
