BAKERSFIELD, CA – One woman was killed after a single-vehicle crash southwest of Bakersfield early Wednesday morning.
According to KBAK, the accident took place at about 12:21 a.m. along Panama Lane near the intersection with S. Allen Road.

Police believe the unidentified female driver was traveling west on Panama Lane when she lost control of her vehicle and struck the shoulder before overturning.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. A toddler was found in the back seat unharmed.
