A man was injured as the result of a rollover accident in Forks on Sunday.
Russell L. Harrison of Forks was hurt last Sunday after the automobile he was a passenger in rolled over during a single-vehicle accident. The Washington State Patrol stated that the incident occurred along U.S. Highway 101 close to mile marker 196. At approximately 10:36 p.m. local time, the motorist, 28-year-old Jessica N. Bos, also of Forks, became distracted. As a result, her car fishtailed, skid off the road and flipped over.

The vehicle’s occupants had to be rescued and removed from the overturned vehicle, according to WSP.
Mr. Harrison and Ms. Bos were both taken to Forks Community Hospital to be treated for injuries.
Bos has since been charged with Negligent Driving of the 2nd Degree, speeding too fast.

The incident is still under investigation by the Washington State Patrol.
