A woman has been injured as the result of a two-car crash in Lakewood.
49-year-old Lisa Ricketts suffered severe injuries when she was involved in a two-car crash on Monday, February 3 in Lakewood, Washington.
Law enforcement reported that at approximately 9:32 p.m. local time, Ms. Ricketts was operating a vehicle as she was hit by an unidentified motorist who reportedly fled the scene, creating a hit-and-run case. The accident happened at the intersection of South Tacoma Way and South 84th Street in Lakewood.
Paramedics got to the scene of the accident and transported the victim to a local hospital where she is enduring treatment for unknown injuries, law enforcement stated.
