SAN DIEGO, CA – A vehicle struck and seriously injured a 69-year-old woman in the Colina del Sol area of San Diego on Sunday, reports Times of San Diego.
The incident happened around 9 p.m. when the woman was crossing El Cajon Blvd in an unmarked crosswalk and was hit by a Toyota Corolla driven by a 33-year-old man. The woman suffered life-threatening-injuries including a skull fracture.

It has not been released to the public whether or not the driver of the Corolla was charged with anything in relation to the accident.
