SANTA CLARITA, CA – Officials say three people suffered critical injuries after an explosion went off at a Santa Clarita film set on Tuesday, reports ABC 7.
According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the film set is located on the 25100 block of Rye, where the explosion ignited a small brush fire.

Firefighters battled the fire and stopped its spread after one acre of the hillside had been burned.
The three victims were taken to Henry Mayo Hospital for treatment of 2nd and 3rd degree burns.
Crews were seen evaluating several cargo containers on the set and a hazmat team was called to inspect the scene.
