POMONA, CA – A 31-year-old man was killed in a high-speed crash on the 10 Freeway near Pomona on Sunday morning, KTLA reports.
The accident in the westbound lanes of the 10 Freeway near Towne Avenue a little before 1 a.m.

The victim was driving a 2007 Lexus IS 350 at speeds exceeding 90 miles per hour when he lost control making a turn. His Lexus crashed into a concrete barrier on the right side of the highway before flipping over on its passenger side.
Debris from the crash flew across the highway at hit a 2003 Honda Odyssey driven by a 73-year-old woman. This woman and her passengers did not suffer any injuries.
The driver of the Lexus died in the accident. Authorities suspect alcohol may have been a cause of the crash.
