The authorities in Costa Mesa, California, over the weekend, identified the man who died in a single-vehicle crash, an accident report states. The Deputy Orange County Coroner Inez Chavez, on Saturday, May 2nd, revealed the deceased’s name as Spencer Sandridge, 27.
The crash that ended the young man’s life took place on the San Diego (405) Freeway in Huntington Beach. The preliminary report showed that Sandridge crashed into a construction site on the roadway. The deceased was driving a 2012 Dodge at the time of the accident.

According to California Highway Patrol, the victim was heading south on the freeway at about 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 30th. Investigating officers said that for unknown reasons, Sandridge crashed through a closed portion of the high occupancy vehicle lane; the latter is south of Newland Street.
The man sustained severe wounds that claimed his life. The accident also left a 54-year-old man from Anaheim with injuries, as well as a 46-year-old male from Corona. The two are construction workers on the freeway, and the medics took them to an area hospital for treatment.
The accident led to the closure of the southbound lanes by the investigators while they cleared debris from the road. There is no additional information this time.
