SAN MARCOS, CA – At least three people were hospitalized following a hit-and-run collision in San Marcos early this morning.
According to a report by 10 News, the accident occurred at about 2:45 a.m. at the intersection of Las Posas Road and La Mirada Drive.

San Diego sheriff’s officials say a white sedan was T-boned by another vehicle at the intersection, causing the second vehicle to go up in flames.
The driver in the second vehicle was seen getting out of the vehicle and fleeing the scene on foot. The suspect has not been identified as of this writing.
Three people in the white sedan were hospitalized with critical injuries.
