NORTH COUNTY, CA – One person was killed in an accident on State Route 78 near Ramona on Tuesday night, the San Diego Union Tribune reports.
The crash occurred near Rancho Santa Teresa Drive around 8:15. A red pickup truck flipped over and ended up on its roof.
