LOS ANGELES, CA – A woman was killed early Sunday morning in a hit-and-run collision that police believe may have been intentional, NBC Los Angeles reports.
The incident occurred on West 39th Street around 2:45 a.m. Based on a witness statement, police believe a driver intentionally struck the woman and drove away.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Officers are investigating the incident and searching for the driver.
