SAN DIEGO, CA – A 51-year-old woman was injured on Wednesday night after being struck by a hit-and-run driver in the Ridgeview-Webster area, Fox 5 San Diego reports.
The victim was crossing Euclid Avenue with an empty wheelchair when she was hit by a red sedan just before 9 p.m.

The driver of the sedan fled the scene. The woman was hospitalized with a broken leg.
Police are searching for the driver responsible for this accident.
