SAN DIEGO, CA – At least one person was killed in an accident on the Mira Mesa Boulevard on-ramp to I-15 on Sunday, ABC 10 reports.
The accident occurred around 3:40 p.m near the northbound entrance ramp. Witnesses report seeing a female person receiving CPR although the identity of the person who died is not known. California Highway Patrol reports that the fatality had been a pedestrian.
