NATIONAL CITY, CA – A woman was killed in National City after being hit by multiple vehicles while attempting to walk across I-5 on Thursday morning, the Times of San Diego reports.
The crash occurred just before 5:00 a.m. in the northbound lanes of I-5, just south of State Route 15. She was on the right shoulder and running toward the center divider when she was struck.

It has been reported that she was struck by multiple vehicles, although that this time it is not clear how many were involved.
