ONTARIO, CA – Two fruit vendors were struck by a DUI suspect in Ontario on Monday, and one has passed away, ABC reports.
The victims were attempting to cross Riverside Drive when they were hit by the suspect’s vehicle.

One of the vendors was pronounced dead at the scene and the other was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
The driver was also hospitalized with minor injuries. She has been arrested and charged with vehicular manslaughter and felony driving under the influence.
