VALENCIA, CA – Two people were rushed to the hospital following a single-vehicle crash Monday afternoon.
According to KHTS, the accident occurred along The Old Road just south of the intersection with Rye Canyon Road around 3:30 p.m.

Upon arrival, emergency crews worked to extricate one occupant from the vehicle that was hanging over the side of a bridge. Another occupant was able to get out under their own power.
Both unidentified individuals involved in the crash were transported to a nearby hospital to be treated for serious, potentially life-threatening injuries.
No information with regard to the cause of the crash has been released as of Monday evening.
