ORANGE, CA – A motorcycle rider was killed after a collision with a DUI suspect in an Orange intersection, local news reports.
The crash occurred at the intersection of North Orange Olive Road and Meats Avenue around 5:30 p.m. on Monday and involved a Nissan and a motorcycle.

A 24-year-old man from Anaheim was travelling south on North Orange Olive Road and struck a northbound motorcycle while attempting to turn left onto Meats Avenue.
The Nissan driver remained on the scene. After talking with police he was arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
The 45-year-old motorcycle rider passed away.
