A man died in a vehicle-motorcycle crash in Fontana, California, and the driver of the vehicle that struck him might have to hire a motorcycle accident attorney. The authorities identified David Lamb, 34, as the victim of the Tuesday, April 21st, accident.
The preliminary accident report showed that the motorcyclist was riding his bike at about 7:56 p.m. on Laurel Avenue when a black pickup truck struck him. Lamb sustained severe wounds that led to his death, and the medics at the scene pronounced him.

The Fontana Police Department’s Major Accident Investigation Team is taking charge of the investigation. The accident report did not state the identity of the driver of the pickup or his or her liability. There is no additional information at this time.
Motorcycle crashes are not uncommon in California, with over 800 000 registered and licensed riders. When a bike and a car collide, the motorcyclist is more likely to suffer fatal wounds or life-threatening injuries.
The latter is because the vehicle is bigger than a motorcycle with a covering that protects the driver. The bike, on the other hand, leaves the rider exposed, and when he or she lands on the roadway, he or she sustains severe trauma from the head to the upper and lower body.
During an investigation, the investigators will try to find out if the motorcyclist was negligent in any way. The result of the finding would determine if the driver would get charged, and if that happens, the person would need to hire a motorcycle accident attorney.
