BAKERSFIELD, CA – One person was reportedly injured following a four-vehicle crash along Highway 99 Wednesday morning.
According to KGET, a Peterbuilt truck made an abrupt stop near a prior collision when a chain-reaction rear-end crash involving two other trucks and a Chevrolet pickup.

The driver of the Peterbilt was taken to the hospital as a precaution after he complained of some pain at the scene. No other injuries were reported as a result of the collision.
