The man whose passenger died in a car crash doing the weekend in Huntington Beach, California, would need auto accident attorneys to answer the charges filed against him on Tuesday, August 25th. 21-year-old Miguel Angel Guzman Jr. of Riverside is facing a charge of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.

The crash report disclosed that it occurred in the area of Springdale Street and McFadden Avenue. Emergency workers found the suspect and his passenger, 25-year-old Lance Jones of Moreno Valley, trapped in a wrecked car that slammed into a light pole.
Jones had extensive injuries and passed away while receiving treatment at UC Irvine Medical Center at about 5:21 a.m. The suspect suffered minor wounds and received treatment at the same hospital. The Huntington Beach Police Department determined that he drove while under the influence and placed him under arrest.
