SAN DEIGO, CA – Police in San Diego are seeking information that may lead to an arrest in connection to a pedestrian hit-and-run that left one man seriously injured Sunday night.
According to the Times of San Diego, the crash happened at about 9:55 p.m. within the intersection of El Cajon Boulevard and Altadena Avenue.

Investigators say a 73-year-old man was riding a motorist wheelchair across the designated crosswalk when he was struck by a vehicle traveling eastbound.
The driver waited for paramedics to arrive, but fled the scene before police showed up. No information with regard to the suspect’s identity or vehicle has been released at this time.
The victim was transported to a local hospital in serious condition.
