MADERA COUNTY, CA – A multi-vehicle crash in Madera County killed one and hospitalized two on Thursday, reports ABC 30.
First responders were dispatched to Ave 7 and Rd 21 around 5 a.m.
A Dodge Caravan was southbound on Rd 21 when they ran a stop sign and slammed into a Volvo which was westbound on Ave 7.
The driver of the Caravan died when the Volvo struck their side of the vehicle. The passenger of the Caravan as well as the driver of the Volvo were hospitalized at Community Regional Medical Center
Investigators do not believe impairment to be a factor in the collision.
