Driving a car means that there’s a chance that the operator might get into a traffic collision either by their acts of negligence or external influences outside their control. Common causes of road accidents are driving beyond the legal or posted speed limit, driving while impaired by drugs or (and) alcohol, distracted driving caused by calling, eating, or texting, or running red lights.
Collisions are preventable if road users adhere to safety tips released by law enforcement and traffic agencies from time to time. They include obeying all speed limits and signs, being attentive and driving carefully, not driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and wearing a seatbelt always.
When driving at night, turn on the headlight as a car is only visible for nearly four times the distance its light covers. Pay attention to all signs on the road and other drivers, and when traveling on multiple lanes, keep in mind that most left lanes are for passing only.
