A 27-year-old man from Rome, Joshua Danford, was arrested by Police at 161 Price Road, Georgia, on Wednesday, April 29th. The suspect is facing multiple charges, including driving under the influence and reckless driving and would be needing a drunk driving attorney.
The Floyd County Jail reported that the suspect was driving a motorcycle at an incredibly high speed of over 120 miles per hour. Joshua ran a red light while speeding, and it was later discovered that his bike didn’t have a tag.

Danford rode through private property and fell off his bike. The suspect stood up and ran away, but the police officers on his trail chased and caught him. After examining him, the officers discovered that he was driving under the influence and also didn’t possess a motorcycle license.
Danford was subsequently arrested and charged with felony fleeing law enforcement officers. Other charges against him are misdemeanor speeding, driving without a license, operating a vehicle without a license plate, obstruction of law enforcement officers, failure to obey traffic control devices, and driving under the influence.
