CARMEL MOUNTAIN, CA – A woman was killed and a man was arrested following a crash on I-15 in Carmel Mountain, ABC 10 reports.
The accident occurred in the northbound lanes of I-15 near State Route 56 around 2 a.m.

A 55-year-old woman was driving a Toyota sedan when she collided with a Ford pickup driven by a 30-year-old man. The Ford was then also struck by a Kia sedan driven by a 51-year-old man.
Although his vehicle was disabled, the man in pickup truck fled the scene on foot.
The Toyota driver died at the scene. The man driving the Kia was hospitalized with minor injuries. The pickup truck driver was later found and arrested by San Diego police.
