RIVERSIDE, CA – A man from Perris was arrested in connection to an October pedestrian accident that killed a pedestrian.
According to the Press-Enterprise, 37-year-old Noe Perez-Gonzalez was arrested on suspicion of murder on November 19th.

Riverside police believe Perez-Gonzales fatally struck 43-year-old Patrick Leway within the 2900 block of Cimarron Road on October 26th.
An investigation into the incident revealed that the crash was not an accident, but that Perez-Gonzalez intentionally struck the man.
He is currently being held on a $5 million dollar bond.
