LONG BEACH, CA – One man was killed as the result of a pedestrian accident in West Long Beach Wednesday morning.
According to the Long Beach Post, the accident occurred along Judson Avenue near the PCH at about 8 a.m.

Police believe 38-year-old David Cryster-Weller of Riverside was attempting to cross the roadway outside of the designated crosswalk when he was struck by a Dodge driven by a 36-year-old woman. He was rushed to a local hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
No charges are expected to be filed against the driver involved in the collision at this time.
