NORWALK, CA – Authorities responded to a fatal collision on Interstate 5 South in Norwalk on Monday, reports My News LA.
According to California Highway Patrol Officer Elizabeth Kravig, the accident happened around 12 p.m., just north of the Imperial Highway interchange.

One person, whose identity has not been released, was killed in the crash. At this time, details regarding the nature of the incident have not been provided.
Two southbound lanes were shut down until 3:45 p.m.
