PERRIS, CA – A Fallbrook man was killed on Tuesday following a three-vehicle wreck on Highway 74 south of Riverside.
The Sun reports that the collision happened at about 3:47 p.m. on April 27. A Toyota traveling east at 55 miles per hour collided with a Mercedes-Benz that was attempting to make a left turn out of La Guadalupana Market. The Toyota caromed into a westbound Honda Civic, also traveling at the speed limit, which it struck head-on.

The Honda’s driver died at the scene. He has been identified as Gabriel Nieto Ruiz, a 26-year-old resident of Fallbrook.
