FRESNO, CA – An EMS crew was hospitalized after its ambulance rolled over in a collision in Fresno on Sunday morning.
According to ABC 30, the crash occurred near the intersection of East Mount Whitney Avenue and East Street shortly after 8 a.m.

The ambulance was en route to the scene of a separate motor-vehicle accident when it was struck by a Chevy Silverado that had sped through a stop sign at the intersection.
The Silverado’s driver and passenger were injured and received treatment at the scene.
The crew in the ambulance was transported to the hospital, however, the extent of their injuries was not reported.
Authorities said drugs and alcohol did not contribute to the accident.
