SANTA CLARITA, CA – A 47-year-old woman was arrested on Wednesday after crashing with her 10-year-old daughter in the car, local news reports.
The accident occurred around 1 a.m. on Wednesday as they were driving south on I-5 near Rye Canyon Road. The suspect lost control of her 2013 Audi and left the highway, crashing into an embankment.
The driver and her daughter both suffered minor injuries. Upon investigation, police arrested the driver on suspicion of driving under the influence.
